LaunchPad AI provides software that helps founders validate startup ideas through guided workflows, interview tracking, experiment design, and decision support. The service is provided "as is" and may change over time.

4. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
5. Intellectual property
LaunchPad AI owns all rights to the platform, including its code, designs, and trademarks. You retain ownership of the data and content you create. We receive only the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you.

LaunchPad AI is a decision-support tool, not professional legal, financial, or investment advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
